La Salute Small Italian Tapestry

La Salute is an Italian jacquard wall tapestry. The Santa Maria della Salute, or Saint Mary of Health, commonly known simply as the Salute, is a Roman Catholic church and minor basilica found in Venice, Italy. The dome of the Salute was an important addition to the Venice skyline and has long been emblematic to the city, inspiring artists like Canaletto and Francesco Guardi.
