Caroline Gold Belgian Tapestry Wall Art

Caroline Gold is a fine art Belgian made jacquard wall hanging tapestry. The inspiration for this portière came from decorated wooden panels attributed to Rembrandt. The original tapestry work was woven in St. Petersburg, Russia in the mid 19th century. It now hangs in the State Historical Museum, Moscow.
