🕒 Build Time & Availability (Important)

All PwnCNC ATC Systems are built-to-order.

Each system is assembled, wired, tested, and verified in-house before shipment. Because of this, ATC systems are not stocked as finished inventory.

Typical Lead Time:

4–6 weeks before shipment

Lead time depends primarily on ATC motor availability. We keep a limited number of ATC motors in stock. If motors are temporarily out of stock, your order will be queued and built once incoming motors arrive.

If timing is critical for your build, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm current availability.

ATC orders are considered custom-built systems due to testing, configuration, and bundling. Please plan accordingly.

Because ATC systems are assembled and tested specifically for each order, cancellations after procurement of major components (such as the ATC motor) may be subject to a restocking fee.

🔄 Upgrading from a Spindle System?

We offer an ATC Upgrade Program exclusively for verified PwnCNC Spindle System owners. This package includes everything in the full ATC System except the VFD and spindle cable (assuming you already have them). A VFD upgrade may be required.
